also included complete engineering services on water distribution and treatment facilities, wastewater collection and treatment facilities,
storm sewer systems, streets, bridges, parks,
recreational facilities, airports, gas lines and steam (heating) lines. The largest of
these
projects was a $6.5 million waste-water treatment plant for the City of Dyersburg, Tennessee.
