                                        Union City, Tennessee

                                        Worked on various engineering and surveying projects,
                                        included water, sewer, streets and sewer system
                                        evaluation surveys and sewer line inspection 

            1977 to 1982   -  Deputy Sheriff, Obion County Sheriff Department                                               

            1982 to 1995  -   Corporate Pilot for LWD, Calvert City, Kentucky and also
                                        charter flights.  Holds commercial license, with multi- 
                                        engine rating and about 5,000 hours total time. 

            1995 to Present  -  Engineering and surveying technician with Robert L. Nichols
 & Associates, Engineers-Surveyors, Union City, Tennessee.

               Civic:        Former Obion County Commissioner from 1990 to 2002.

                                 Current member of Everett-Stewart Airport Commission from
                                1985 to present.  Has been involved in numerous construction
                                projects at the airport, including the construction of a
                                new 5,000 foot runway.
